Terms of Service

Last updated on April 10, 2026

Nature of the Services. DND Menu is a Lua-based premium menu authored and distributed by DND Software for execution within the redENGINE Lua runtime environment. DND Menu is made available to licensed users as a premium menu that is loaded and executed through redENGINE; it is not sold, delivered, or otherwise provided to users as standalone source files. The DND Menu menu content does not itself inject into, hook, modify, intercept, decrypt, or communicate with any game process, game server, anti-cheat system, or third-party service. All runtime execution, memory access, process interaction, host-level operation, and any interaction with a game or game server is provided exclusively by redENGINE, which is an independently developed, independently licensed, and independently operated third-party product. The DND Menu Lua script, standing alone and without a properly licensed and operated redENGINE installation, has no functionality whatsoever. See Sections 23 and 24 for the full third-party and publisher disclaimers.

Mandatory Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot, under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, be lawfully excluded or limited. If you are a consumer domiciled in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you retain all consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country, and any provision of these Terms that conflicts with those mandatory rights shall not apply to you to the extent of that conflict. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DND Menu website, creating an account, or purchasing any product or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. Your use of the Services constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license grant: not a transfer of title.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of any part of the Services
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose beyond your authorized license
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided through the Services
  • Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights to any third party

2. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DND MENU EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

3. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DND MENU AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.

This limitation explicitly includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • Account bans, suspensions, or terminations
  • Hardware damage or malfunction
  • Software corruption or incompatibility
  • Loss of data, configurations, or user content
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of third-party accounts, access, or standing

You use the Services entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Aggregate cap. In any event, and regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), the aggregate total liability of DND Menu (DND Software), its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and suppliers to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to DND Menu in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). This cap reflects a reasonable allocation of risk given the price of the Services and is a material basis of the bargain between you and DND Menu.

4. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

DND Menu is provided as a premium menu that is loaded and executed within the redENGINE runtime environment, strictly for the development, testing, and debugging purposes set out in Section 6 and subject to the buyer representations in Section 6. By purchasing and/or using the Services, you expressly acknowledge and accept all risks associated with such use and with your independent decision to run the Services in combination with redENGINE or any other runtime.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DND Menu (DND Software), its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and the costs of responding to legal process, subpoenas, or takedown notices), arising from or related to, directly or indirectly, any of the following:

  • Your use of, misuse of, or inability to use the Services;
  • Your breach of these Terms or of any representation or warranty you made in connection with your purchase, including the representations set out in Section 6;
  • Your use of the Services in combination with redENGINE or any other third-party runtime, tool, platform, or service;
  • Any claim brought by a game publisher, platform operator, or rightsholder: including but not limited to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Cfx.re, or the FiveM project: that arises from or relates to your use of the Services;
  • Any claim brought by the operator of a server, network, or platform on which you used the Services;
  • Any claim brought by another player, user, or third party affected by your use of the Services;
  • Any regulatory action, investigation, or proceeding triggered by your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and of your access to the Services. You are solely responsible for all consequences resulting from your use of the Services.

5. Use of Software

DND Menu accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any accounts, systems, or platforms affected by your use of the Services. You are solely responsible for how you use the software, including but not limited to its use on online platforms, game servers, and digital accounts. Any loss, damage, suspension, or termination of third-party accounts or services resulting from your use is entirely your responsibility.

6. Permitted Use; Buyer Representations and Warranties

The Services are intended exclusively for development, testing, and debugging of Lua scripts and game server environments that you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to test. Permitted uses include:

  • Testing for flaws, bugs, and exploits on a server, environment, or virtual machine that you own or operate;
  • Development and debugging of Lua scripts within the redENGINE runtime environment;
  • Security research on environments for which you have obtained explicit, verifiable, written authorization from the operator.

Buyer representations and warranties. By purchasing and/or using the Services, you represent and warrant: and these representations are a material inducement for DND Menu to sell you a license: that each of the following is true at the time of purchase and continues to be true throughout your use of the Services:

  • You will use the Services solely on game servers, development environments, or virtual machines that you own, operate, or for which you hold explicit, verifiable, written authorization from the operator to perform testing;
  • You will not use the Services on any server, service, or platform operated by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or Cfx.re, or on any publicly accessible third-party server where you have not obtained the operator's express written permission;
  • You will not use the Services to gain any competitive or gameplay advantage in any shared, competitive, or multiplayer environment operated by a third party;
  • You will not use the Services to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the experience of any other player, user, or operator;
  • You will not use the Services in violation of the end-user license agreement, terms of service, acceptable use policy, or community rules of any third-party platform, game, or service: including but not limited to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, and FiveM;
  • You will not use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the server on which you are testing;
  • You have read and understand the disclaimer in Section 24 regarding the absence of any affiliation with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, and FiveM, and the independent third-party nature of the redENGINE runtime.

Any breach of these representations and warranties is a material breach of these Terms. In the event of breach, DND Menu may immediately and without prior notice revoke your license, terminate your account, and pursue any and all remedies available at law or in equity, including the full indemnification obligation set out in Section 4.

7. Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) recovery codes. DND Menu is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. Enabling and maintaining 2FA is your responsibility. We may, at our sole discretion, assist with account recovery in cases of lost 2FA access, but we are under no obligation to do so.

8. Subscription

  • Subscriptions are valid for the purchased duration only.
  • Renewal is manual; subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and bound to your account.
  • Abuse of payment services, including chargebacks or fraudulent transactions, will result in a permanent ban.
  • Selling, cracking, sharing, or altering subscription access will result in a permanent ban.
  • DND Menu reserves the right to terminate any subscription at any time, without warning or liability.

9. License Keys

  • License keys are single-use, non-transferable, and bound to one account.
  • License keys cannot be resold, gifted, shared, or transferred under any circumstances.
  • License keys are automatically revoked upon account termination.
  • Bulk and reseller keys are governed by the Reseller Program section below.
  • DND Menu reserves the right to revoke any license key at its sole discretion.

10. Reseller Program

  • Participation in the Reseller Program is limited to eligible, approved users only.
  • Resellers are independent parties and are not agents, employees, or representatives of DND Menu.
  • Resellers are responsible for providing accurate customer information.
  • Resellers must not engage in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
  • Reseller accounts may be terminated at DND Menu's sole discretion.
  • Resellers are responsible for ensuring their sub-customers comply with these Terms.
  • Discount and commission terms are set by DND Menu and may be changed at any time without notice.

11. Payment Policy

Any fraudulent payment activity will result in instant account disablement, permanent termination, and potential legal action. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing account access is strictly prohibited. All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.

12. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

All products and services are sold "as is." As a general policy, no refunds are issued for digital goods. Once a license key has been delivered, it is considered delivered regardless of whether it has been redeemed. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, at DND Menu's sole discretion.

  • Accounts that have been banned or had access revoked forfeit all refund eligibility.
  • Violation of the Proper & Allowed Uses section forfeits all refund eligibility.

EU Right of Withdrawal: Waiver. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, consumers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital content. However, this right does not apply where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By ticking the consent checkbox shown on the purchase screen and completing your purchase, you:

  • Expressly request and consent to the immediate performance of the contract: namely, the immediate delivery and activation of your license key;
  • Acknowledge and accept that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law from the moment delivery begins;
  • Confirm that this consent is informed, unambiguous, and freely given.

If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, do not tick the consent checkbox and do not complete the purchase.

13. Cancellation of Provided Services

DND Menu may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you are found or reasonably suspected to have (a) breached these Terms, (b) violated any representation or warranty you made in Section 6, (c) engaged in fraudulent payment activity, (d) violated applicable law, or (e) used the Services in a manner that poses a risk to the Services, to DND Menu, or to any third party. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms. For any other termination, we will provide reasonable prior notice where practicable under the circumstances.

All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to the disclaimer in Section 2, the limitation of liability in Section 3, the indemnification in Section 4, the representations in Section 6, the intellectual property provisions in Section 15, and the governing law provisions in Section 25.

14. Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering of any kind is strictly forbidden. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, derive source code from, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Services or software. DND Menu logs all unusual activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in response to reasonable suspicion of reverse engineering, circumvention, or piracy. Due to the sensitive nature of these investigations and to prevent detection evasion, we are under no obligation to disclose our specific detection methodology. Such suspensions are not subject to the standard refund policy and are considered non-refundable terminations under Section 12.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Network sniffing or packet interception
  • Memory snooping or dumping
  • Cracking, patching, or bypassing license protections
  • Intercepting API calls or communications
  • Any attempt to discover the underlying source code or architecture

15. Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Services are the exclusive property of DND Menu and are protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without the prior written consent of DND Menu.

16. User Content

By uploading content to the Services (including but not limited to configurations, scripts, banners, and layout settings), you grant DND Menu a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content within the Services. You retain ownership of your content. You warrant that any content you upload does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

17. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without notice or refund:

  • Using the Services for any unlawful purpose;
  • Using the Services on any server, service, or platform on which you lack operator rights or explicit written authorization from the operator to test;
  • Using the Services to cheat, gain unfair advantages, or disrupt the experience of other players in any shared, competitive, or multiplayer environment operated by a third party;
  • Using the Services in violation of the end-user license agreement, terms of service, acceptable use policy, or community rules of any third-party platform, game, or service: including but not limited to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, and FiveM;
  • Using the Services to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technological protection measure, anti-cheat system, or access control of any third-party software or service;
  • Using the Services to facilitate fraud, theft, harassment, unauthorized access, or any other unlawful conduct against any third party;
  • Sharing, reselling, gifting, or transferring your account or license keys;
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Services;
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Services or their infrastructure;
  • Impersonating any person or entity;
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls of the Services;
  • Using automated means to access the Services without authorization;
  • Initiating chargebacks or engaging in payment fraud;
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing DND Menu users, staff, resellers, or affiliates;
  • Using the Services in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.

18. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional and security-related emails, including order confirmations, two-factor authentication notifications, password reset instructions, and security alerts. These communications are not marketing in nature and cannot be opted out of, as they are necessary for the secure operation of the Services.

19. Minimum Age and Capacity to Contract

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 16, you are prohibited from creating an account or using the Services in any capacity. If we discover that an account belongs to an individual under 16, the account will be terminated immediately.

If you are between the ages of 16 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (18 in the Netherlands and most EU Member States), you represent and warrant that you have obtained the express consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into these Terms and to complete your purchase. By completing your purchase you warrant that such consent has been given. DND Menu may, at its discretion, require documentary proof of parental or guardian consent before providing or continuing to provide the Services.

20. Revisions & Errata

Materials appearing on the Services may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. DND Menu does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

21. Links

DND Menu has not reviewed all sites linked from the Services and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.

22. Modifications

DND Menu may revise these Terms from time to time. Where the revisions are material, we will notify active users by email and/or by prominent notice on the Services at least fourteen (14) days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material revisions (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, updates to contact information, or changes to non-material processor details) may be made without advance notice. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

23. Third-Party Software Requirements

DND Menu requires an active redENGINE development kit license to operate. By purchasing DND Menu, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid redENGINE license
  • DND Menu will not function without an active redENGINE development kit subscription
  • The purchase of DND Menu does not include, entitle you to, or guarantee access to a redENGINE license
  • No refund will be issued for DND Menu on the basis of not having a redENGINE license

24. No Affiliation with Game Publishers; Third-Party Services

No affiliation. DND Menu (DND Software) is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or in any way officially connected to redENGINE, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Rockstar Games, Cfx.re, the FiveM project, or any other game publisher, developer, platform operator, or third-party service. "Grand Theft Auto", "GTA", "GTA V", "Rockstar", "Rockstar Games", "FiveM", and all related names, logos, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. Any references to such names in these Terms or on the Services are made solely for the purpose of identification and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Nature of DND Menu reiterated. As described in the preamble at the top of these Terms, DND Menu is a Lua-based premium menu loaded through redENGINE. It does not itself contain, bundle, redistribute, modify, or derive from any code, assets, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, the FiveM project, or any game publisher. The DND Menu menu content does not perform process injection, memory manipulation, anti-cheat circumvention, or any other host-level operation. All such runtime behavior, where present, is produced exclusively by the independently developed and independently operated redENGINE runtime environment, not by DND Menu.

Your responsibilities regarding third-party agreements. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your use of the DND Menu Lua script in combination with redENGINE or any other runtime may violate the end-user license agreement, terms of service, acceptable use policy, or community rules of one or more third-party platforms, including but not limited to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, and FiveM;
  • It is your sole responsibility, before purchase and at all times during use, to determine whether your intended use complies with any applicable third-party agreements and with the laws of your jurisdiction;
  • DND Menu (DND Software) makes no representation and gives no warranty that your use of the Services will comply with any third-party agreement or applicable law;
  • DND Menu bears no responsibility for the availability, functionality, terms of service, pricing, or conduct of any third-party service or software (including redENGINE) required to use DND Menu. Any disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of third-party services or from your interaction with any third-party platform are strictly between you and the respective third party, and DND Menu shall not be held liable;
  • In the event any claim, demand, or action is brought against DND Menu (DND Software), its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, or agents by any game publisher, platform operator, rightsholder, or other third party, and that claim arises from or relates in any way to your use of the Services, the indemnification obligation set out in Section 4 applies in full to that claim.

DMCA and IP complaints. If you are a rightsholder and believe that content available through the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with a detailed description of the alleged infringement and proof of your rights. We will investigate all good-faith complaints and take appropriate action.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

26. Force Majeure

DND Menu shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, infrastructure failures, and third-party service outages.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DND Menu regarding the use of the Services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

28. Waiver

The failure of DND Menu to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it at a later time. All rights and remedies are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other rights or remedies provided by law.

29. Assignment

DND Menu may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent, including in connection with an acquisition, merger, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of DND Menu.

30. Export Control and Sanctions

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country that is subject to comprehensive economic sanctions administered by the European Union, the United Nations, the Government of the Netherlands, or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You further represent that you are not listed on any list of sanctioned persons or entities maintained by any of the foregoing authorities. You agree not to use, access, export, re-export, or transfer the Services in or to any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by applicable export control, sanctions, or anti-terrorism laws.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in one jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

32. Contact

For any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, contact us at [email protected] or via our Discord.
